Terms and Conditions

All hires are subject to these Terms and Conditions. By placing an order with us, either verbally or by email, the customer is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to them.

Prices

Prices shown on this website are starting prices for Bristol. Your written quote includes delivery, set-up, collection and any travel charge for venues further afield. Prices are subject to change until a booking is confirmed.

Payment and deposits

A non-refundable deposit, usually £50 to £75, is required to secure the booking. By paying the deposit you agree to these terms and conditions.

Cancellation

• Cancellations made more than 28 days before the event incur no further charges beyond the loss of the deposit.
• Cancellations made 7 to 28 days before the event are charged at 50% of the total booking value.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are charged at full cost.

Equipment and props

All equipment and props remain the property of VIP Fun Casino & Photo Booth Hire. The customer is responsible for any damage caused by guests beyond normal use. All sizes quoted are approximate.

Access and power

Please tell us at the time of booking about any access, unloading, parking or stair restrictions. Each booth needs a standard 13A socket within about 10ft (3m). Booths are designed for indoor use or a dry, covered marquee. Outdoor set-ups are possible for special occasions by prior agreement and only when the weather allows.

Timings

While every effort is made to arrive on time, in the event of circumstances beyond our control our liability is limited to a maximum refund of any money paid, or a pro rata reduction in the hire fee in the event of a delayed start. If agreed with the customer, the finish time may be extended to recover time lost.

Public liability insurance

VIP Fun Casino & Photo Booth Hire holds £5 million public liability insurance and all equipment is PAT tested. Certificates are available on request.
