What we collect

When you request a quote or contact us, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, phone number, event date, venue and any message you include.

How we use it

We use your information only to respond to your enquiry, prepare your quote, and arrange and deliver your booking. We never sell your details or share them with third parties for marketing.

Event photos

Photos taken in our booths belong to you and your guests. We share them only with the person who booked, through a private link or USB. We will not use any photo for our own marketing without your permission.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and booking, and for any period required for accounting and legal purposes afterwards. Event photos are deleted from our systems after a reasonable period once you have received them.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and all fonts are hosted on our own server.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email info@vipphotobooth.co.uk and we’ll respond promptly. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
